2-Owning Our Brokenness. Here we highlight the role of our brokenness in marital problems. In addition, you'll discover what your top shortcomings are and how they create vicious cycles in your marriage.

3-Falling In Love. This session explains the core pieces to having your spouse fall back in love with you and stay in love with you. In addition, you'll learn a powerful tool for tracking both of your top needs on a regular basis to keep the fire alive.

6-Respecting Differences. Finally, we'll review the results of your personalty test taken for the seminar and explain how the results can help you respect differences with your spouse. In addition, we'll cover the importance of sharing power on all decisions in your relationship so both of you have an equal voice.

Who needs this marriage retreat?

This marriage retreat in Georgia is designed for all couples, whether you're engaged and wanting to do things right or married for 25+ years and need a major overhaul. The national divorce rate of 50% shows we all could use some help on how to have better marriages so we don't become another statistic. As our marriages are strengthened, so too are the homes of our children and our communities. Similar to how we must take our cars in for periodic oil change for them to run well, we also must get regular tune-ups for our marriages to runs well.

Who leads this marriage retreat?

The Georgia Marriage Refresh is created and led by Dr. Wyatt Fisher, who is a licensed psychologist and marriage counselor. He's also a professor at Liberty University and on the Focus and the Family referral list. Dr. Wyatt was raised in a broken home and his own marriage has gone to the brink of divorce and back so he helps couples from both a professional and personal perspective.
