Christian Marriage Counseling

Marriage can be overwhelming at times for a variety of reasons.

Thankfully, Christian marriage counseling can turn your relationship around.

Welcome to my practice, providing couples counseling live in Boulder, CO or online to anywhere in CO.

Wondering who I am?

I have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.

I’m a Licensed Psychologist in Colorado.

I’m on the Focus on the Family referral list.

I’m a professor at Liberty University and CSU.

Wondering how I do marriage counseling?

My goal is to help couples develop God-honoring, covenant-based relationships.

I host several marriage retreats each year that I encourage all couples to attend.

I believe marriage should be a life-long commitment with the only exceptions being the three A’s; abuse, adultery, or abandonment.

Therefore, my bent is to fight for couples staying together and build back their marriages.

Wondering how I integrate faith?

I only integrate faith to the degree couples request it.

Therefore, I aim to respect everyone’s spiritual journey, regardless of where they may be on it.

Wondering how long it will take?

It depends on the couple’s motivation and openness to change.

I like to start by seeing couples for a half day (3 hours) or full day (6 hours) intensive to allow them enough time to get to their core issues, enough time for me to fully understand their dynamics, and enough time for them to make significant improvements up front when they need it most.

After the initial intensive, I then provide regular weekly sessions to ensure long-term change.
