Faith History:
I was raised an atheist and accepted Christ when I was a freshman in college. He has completely changed my life and taught me about my true value. The Christian life is definitely a journey and not a destination. I really enjoy having early morning devotions, such as Bible reading, prayer, and listening to worship music. I also enjoy learning from Beth Moore and have several of her books. God continually replaces my false beliefs with His truth. I attend a wonderful church and look forward to attending each week.

Favorite Verse:
"For all these out of their abundance have put in offerings for God, but she out of her poverty put in all the livelihood that she had" (Luke 21:4).

I really like this verse because it inspires me to sacrificially give and serve Christ in all that I do and with all that I am.

Work:
I work for a local homeless shelter where we help families in distress by serving hot meals, helping them find full-time work, and teach them life skills.

Interests:
I love the outdoors, whether it be mountain biking, hiking, camping etc. I also enjoy solitude with a good book and spending time with my friends.

Money Philosophy:
I really don't get too wrapped up around money. As long as my basic needs are met I'm content.

Food Preferences:
My favorite foods are Chinese and Indian. I really like to eat healthy; however, I do have a sweet tooth that is hard to overcome.

Life Goals:
I'd love to have a family one day and write children's books.

Influential Person:
Probably my pastor from college. He really taught me a lot about how to become a Christian, how to live out my faith, and how to cultivate an intimate walk with Christ.

Thankful For:
I'm most thankful for my faith, my friends, my health, and the many blessings in my life.

First Date:
My ideal first date would be something fun and interactive, such as bowling, the zoo, a Christian concert, etc.

What Else:
As mentioned in my video, I was raised in both Germany and Hawaii so I really enjoy various cultures and I love to travel.
